SOUS CHEF

Le Rebelle has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our team!

We are a small, busy bistro located in Mount Lawley that is inspired by the French bistros of NYC. We are a multi-award winning restaurant and have been open since 2019.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about food and hospitality, has a strong work ethic, is organised, and most importantly someone who is a team player.

About the role:
Four day work week, with a maximum of 45 hours
Work week is Wed - Sat
Old world French cooking techniques with modern thought and state of the art equipment in the kitchen
Work alongside a small, hardworking and passionate team
A great environment to learn and to grow your career
Competitive salary based on experience, casual positions are also on offer

What we require:
Previous sous chef experience in a similar quality restaurant
Must be a team player
Passionate about food & hospitality
A positive ‘can do’ attitude
Must have full working rights, sponsorship is not an option for the position
